He also shows how this approach can be used with any painful feeling or emotion. In another video teaching, "My Story ~ Mingyur Rinpoche talks about his childhood experience with panic attacks and anxiety," he describes his childhood experiences with panic and anxiety.

  • Hi hi! Have you heard about - Supreme Panic Magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my m8 at last eradicated the panic attacks with it.
