Rose

Rose is an 8 year old Great Pyrenees who was neglected so badly along with her sister that her matted fur bound their legs for years. Their leg muscles have atrophied and Rose's shoulder has been partially dislocated by the pulling of her matted front leg.

I live in Macon County, Tn where these dogs, Rose & Lily were rescued from. In the 10 years I have lived here, I have actually seen much worse. I have been fighting this abuse here for the last 10 years. This county is in need of an ASPCA, too many animals are suffering here and only a handful care and get ridculed or threatened for trying to help. The state really should send in someone not from Macon County to handle the horrible abuse and neglect, our local officials don't care.
