TaaiQ is right. I ended up learning it after some practice. The only hard part is being able to keep balance while spinning quickly so start off slow. Almost forgot, WEAR KNEEPADS unless you want to destroy your knees. What i usually do since i am a righty is i get on my left knee and right foot.
