Have you ever herd of something called EVIDENCE BASED MEDICINE? Psychiatry is based on EVIDENCE. It's not some bogus treatment like complimentary medicine. The only evidence which makes you seem to believe that psychiatry is false is that some of the proponents of the Nazi and eugenics movements were psychiatrists. This is ridiculous. If that makes psychiatry false then you might as well throw all of evidence based medicine out the window!

Evidence based medicine is open to fraud. Alot of the clinical trials in psychiatry are sponsored by "big pharma" so its in their interest to fiddle the figures.

There is NO test in existence to determine the current chemical state of a living human brain.

Thus, it is ABSURD and FRAUDULENT to claim to be able to meaningfully manipulate a person's 'Brain Chemistry', when one CAN'T know what it IS in the first place, nor have a 'Chemical Profile' that one seeks to achieve.
