A bug with a flying shibito

Instead of doing what any normal flying shibito would do in a similar situation, explicitly, dying and falling down on to the harsh soil, this one frivolously remains up and doesn't even die to show for it.

How the bug is deployed: at the start of the stage Tamon must turn around and go by the road which is not the one with the large shrine. After reaching out to the main road, at the end of the stone steps, Tamon must simply stop and wait. A crawler soon comes, and he should be shot. The flying shibito is alerted by the noise and comes near - you can easily see his movement by sightjacking. When he finally stops with you on his sight, you go and shoot him. He'll do this every time.

HaHa, after all this time, I still find this to be one of the strangest glitches in the entire game. No other shibito ever gets stuck like that, so why this one?? I guess cuz the only place he can fall is in the water, which is obviously the "level's border", so he just glitches up instead, :0

That's right. I've never seen another glitch up, but I see no reason to not assume that none other would not do that in a similar situation.

I guess the perfect place to try this theory out would be in Tamon's level in Janokubi Valley, with the two flyers, although I wouldn't wanna be the one to have to test it out, *coughhinthintcough*

I did try there once, but got nothing. The Hirunotsuka spot is easy to reproduce, that's its greatest virtue.

once i got a spider shibito stuck on the webs at the school when you play as naoko (i think that's her name) i just shot him when he came up next to me and he stayed there, similar to this one
