Who would react negatively to this??? the fat bitch who wouldn't get off her ass to exercise or pass up take-out? Donald Trump can't write a book thats titled "Think Big and Kick Ass" and have it changed to "Think Big" but these bitches write a book with the word "Bitch" AND "Kick Ass" in the title, because they were written by women, it's ok.
