I would *guess* it is Jeff Porcaro. If I remember correctly he played that track on the record and this seem to be the only live version that nails the tempo... (Usually it is played slower live)

This girl has a nice voice, but she needs to be more assertive and focus on her timing; she slipped up quite a bit. But overall was a good performance. One of my favorite Michael song.
