Train events 2011

Using my Cannon 550D I have filmed two train events the first was at Merstham in Springtime the other was at Swindon model railway festival I hope to do more videos soon Please Comment.

Nice video... really like the music too, helps pace it well! camera really does some good focusing at close range! nice blends between locomotives as well, adds fluid movement and smooth progression... Aaron

Looks like lots of fun being had by all there,did like the gauge one,l assume,GWR!

Good luck with your VEP,they were the most reliable units we had on the SR at one time,along with the CIGs CEPs and the other oldies.So much nicer to ride on !

@AG3304 Thanks yes it was O Guage a grand dayout indeed. Thanks for the comment they were selling loads of 423 VEP's at swindon they had just come in and were quickly vanashing from the stalls. I also saw Hornby's Up and comming Brighton Belle i was blown away at the detale put into it.

@foxcell Seems odd Swindon selling VEPs.But they did of course refurbish our old CEPs there.Sadly the works was about to shut down,and the quality of the workmanship reflected that! If the Brighton Belle's as swish as Hornby's later Pullmans,it should be a corker indeed.
