Mayor of Pittsburgh, Calls out National Guard for Snow Emergency !

The mayor of Pittsburgh, Luke Ravenstahl, in conjunction with the governor, calls out the national guard to now "patrol the streets of Pittsburgh," because of a "SNOW EMERGENCY !" Talk about "MISSON CREEP & FASCISM," it was fine to help those stranded, without power, broken down,
in elderly high rises without power. But now their additional duties are to "help patrol the streets & back up Pittsburgh Police," that goes too far. What about "Posse Comitatus ?" What about our rights ? I'll have more soon. I can't get around too well. This is insane & a misuse of power & the national guard. Since it seems they will be acting in conjunction with local police & be used as military police. A clear violation of the "Posse Comitatus Act of 1878."

I'm sorry, I really try to be fair & open minded to opposing views, but I'm tired of the crap ! So let me expalin it once & for all ! I'm not against "THE GUARD," or "THE GUARD HELPING," in a "NON-POLICE," action. But once they carry weapons, or assist in actual civilian law enforcement activities, it's "ILLEGAL," & against "THE POSSE COMITATUS ACT OF

I thank everyone for their positive comments. I however take serious issue with & have removed comments by "Rahimi5," because he sounds like an ad for the guard, does not live here, has no idea about "The Posse Comitatus Act of 1878," which strictly forbids the use of military in a role of "Civilian Law Enforcement," & acting with them or working with them in any type of "specific law enforcement activities !" His comment was removed because was pure bullshit & NWO propaganda !

@ArchangelTheFallen Haha dude i just seen this, and you are right to a point, but the part about "once they carry weapons" making it illegal, your wrong. plain and simple, when called in, the Guard is issued their weapons be cause to be called in you have been "activated" like as in ACTIVE DUTY, which relates to them carrying their weapons. ALSO...Im not trying to argue Im just informing, and I agree partially with what you have said.

Don't forget the act is NOT violated IF the State Governor (Edward Wendall) grants permission for the Mayor to make the call. I even brought up this issue with my Political Science Professor and he clearified it for me that it is not in violation.

They want to make sure it is a huge attack so they can say "see, the terrorists are even stronger then they were before 9/11". They will use this to take away almost all liberties and justify another war or two.
