Not many people know or even heard of the termes of Rome, when my wife and myself entered, we were in awe to see such an immense structure. Amazing how thru these baths with the aquaducts, Rome maintained power for such a long time. Nice video, thanks for the reminder.

@TVPlaymobil Caracalla killed 20 000 Alexandrian citizens and looted entire city, no one his predecessors reached so high in cruelity. Caligula executed mostly senators or nobility as well as did it Nero and Commodusm but they did not slaugghter Romans on grand scale as Caracalla did for simple personal revenge.

Caracalla was the eldest son of Septimius Severus and ROMAN EMPEROR from 211 217.He was one of the most nefarious of Roman emperors.Caracalla's reign was notable for granting Roman citizenship to freemen throughout the Roman Empire, in order to increase taxation,debasing the silver content in Roman coinage by 25 percent in order to pay the legions and the construction of a large thermae outside Rome, known as the BATHS OF CARACALLA, can still be seen today as in this video.
