Hope you don't midn a little criticism. You're not getting deep enough in your squats, and your lower back rounds way too much on deadlifts. Could just be because its 1 rep max, but other than that good job.

Hey, def noticed this on the vids. Took all that into consideration. So worked on constant range of motion on everything over summer. The 1rep on the deadlift is still a little round, but with lesser weight better curve. And hey "If you are not criticized, you may not be doing much." Thanks
