Not sure how "power cranks" (I guess it's a bike) is going to help your running form. Sprinting is different from long distance running. Although that isn't mentioned in this video. While heel striking is a huge negative for sprinters, it is common for long distance runners.

this thing is so shit. none of the people who used this machine were good, and they never even showed the thing.
-
@DeltaLimaNiner theyre not heel striking lol

in the 2004 Olympic Women's Marathon, nearly all runners ran heel-toe, with Paula being the exception. I think the "pro" runners, have a quick turnover, that's why they can do heel-toe. IDK really, I'm a forefoot striker.

the "pro" is heel-striking really badly!

well first offall the triathlete is landing on his heel rather then the palm of his feet .

There is nothing like a real thing.
You can do leg lifts all you want, but actually riding the bike is a natural thing to do.
The transition is not easy.
Have no false expectations- there will be PAIN

they are both heel strikers.. at 4:23

it really works i have tried and the performance increases with this cranks only problems lies in the you should not leave it the muscles memory they say it is important as one automatically adjusts to it

This looks like a scam
So, you COULD part with your life savings and get a machine like this, OR you could also go out and run and focus on proper form, which will come with practice. I choose the latter.

I don't have the money for the machine so I will try to mimic the motion and hope for the best.
