Homeless In America (1/2)

What happens when government regulations, restrictions, and licenses begin to strangle the very economic activity they claim to protect? People begin slipping through the cracks. These undesirable elements of society are simply unintended consequences of a government system used to whiled power and money to help friends and punish enemies.

This is what happens when you're no longer of any use to the government system. Take a look at what's happening, unfortunately this may become a common sight in America as the monetary system collapses.
