@preacherpsalms his work is so dumb and watered down, so powerless, so generic, so see-through, so unintelligent that it should not pass for the art that is cinema. I would rather watch a beautiful film of rape and murder than a tyler perry film. His work is so weak and based on sales and popularity that it is only a reflection of how terrible pop culture has bastardized our arts. If you like his movies because they are overtly religious that is just dumb and superficial.
