Jay is great, though I do begin he is sounding very much like Lee Hom; perhaps it's due to how he pronounce his mandarin. For him to succeed in HK, he really needs to sing more Cantonese songs, or at least perform one in this contest otherwise I think either Liu Sir or Kayee may take out the competition. In the end of the day the record companies is dealing with the HK market whereby the audience's main language is Cantonese! But keep fighting Jay!

因比賽時間有所限制, 以至首歌被迫由原來6分鐘cut到得番2分鐘, 實在有點可惜! 以阿Jay的能力, 如果可以成首唱晒, 應該唔止80分。畢竟分開每段來聽, 仍然唱得好有味道! 撇開唔講首歌, 其實覺得阿Jay自一歲半起就在加拿大居住, 主要語言係英文, 但竟然能夠在短短時間, 克服語言障礙, 唱出以上動人的國語歌, 由此可見, 他既聰明, 又勤力。阿Jay你所下的一番苦功, 我們是知道的。即使你不是當晚最高分的一位, 我仍會投選你是該集表現得最好的。

I really enjoy washing Jay's singing every time. Hope he keeps up and perform better as the show on Oct 30 really not his best performance. I think he might too much care about Hanjin's last comment. He should simply enjoy every performance on the stage and his singing. Looking forward for his next good show! Yeah!!!
