@gordongoldsmith My first show also....First of about 40.
This was simply an amazing night. Does anybody remember the girl dancing outside in the park inwhich everyone was watching her? She was so beautiful and just spinning endlessly. There were a group of about 25 of us just watching her. She was just so.....inspiring. Her freedom of not only not caring, but just the way inwhich she was free. Totally and fully. So beautiful, much like the Grateful Dead. Man I miss you guys....and her.

First time I have seen this. I went to this show. It was my first and only dead show. Lord, has it been 20 years?

Bruce!
I know right! This band was fukin great like that. You CANNOT find a band like that today. You get rained out, shows over, no refund. There have been so many scum bag musicians. This band, especially Jerry was really a hero, and pioneer of music. This music and band is never to be forgotten, or it would be a sin. This band sets such a great example for all bands. ALL MUSICIANS SHOULD BE LIKE JERRY! - the drugs and death, but still a kind happy guy with NO greed@DranoBlueslick..

wow. I went to these shows. One of the nights it was raining and I remember the roadies mopping up the water off the stage with towels. Only the Dead would go to Paris and play in a leaky tent !!!
