    I'll just try and answer you:

    1. Every other day.

    2. Depends, do you have a good, nutritional diet and discipline? Do you burn more calories than you take? If yes on both questions, you can see a significant difference once every 2 weeks or so, given that you burn 500calories/day and you do it honestly.

    3. No. Simple thing is: Your muscles need rest just as much as your body. After working out, you have to wait until your muscles aren't sore anymore.

  • @alluring65 it doesn't ...do jack-knives , crunches and work on the hip area and do pushups..that'll get you solved in no time

  • @alluring65 No because i have a high metabolism and i still get results what i do is i have a protein shake right before i work out, then after i work out i have creatine and another protein shake and i get pretty good results

  • @meaningsoflife Yea, you got it. Do some research and see where you stand. If you don't have a lot of fat to lose, it will be much easier for you to see "visual" muscle results. For example, I am 24 yrs old - 130 lbs and I saw results within a week. Of course you must enjoy a nutritious diet. There are many variables but you'll make it much easier if you eat well.
