thanks Jay, I sent an email to aitc list. this is the link I used. backup first & maybe check any apps you use regularly if any issues with lion, but the upgrade was pretty seamless. (just took me a few hours - it's 3.5Gb or something which is slow to download here) check your processor is ok too
