Occupy Los Angeles - Day #1

The first day of Occupy Los Angeles was amazing! Thousands of people showed up with fierce passion, courage, smiles and commitment to a cause bigger than all of us.

The ripples of energy (shift in consciousness) have come half way across the world from places like Tunishia and Egypt and have finally lifted the voices of Americans from New York to Los Angeles.

We need your support!

If you're in the Los Angeles area please come to city hall and support, YOU are the solution to a world full of problems. All you have to do is SHOW UP, if you can't make it in person then help out in other ways. You can donate food, blankets, water, money, etc.

You can also help out by spreading the word. Forward videos to all your friends, change your Facebook wall photo to the Occupy L.A. flyer, update your twitter with Occupy L.A. news.

The way I see it, u have 3 options to over throw the US Govt.

1) The current protests. (Ineffective)

2) VOTE (Hopefully effective)

3) Remove the current Govt by force (kill) (Only effective if u win)

@chillaxer1993 First of all i work have my own place and get what i earn. Let me ask you something do you know what the protest about? It covers multiple subjects mainly about this broken system we call "Law and or government". If you think its only about getting a job you are as stupid as a you sound. I just say educate yourself before you go on rant when its not even relevant.

people blame republicans when really it's an issue with the whole political system. yeah there are corrupt people in the 1%. but there are people who worked hard to get where they are. for example i dont think the government should reward someone who slacked off the right to go to college. i am not that wealthy and i have adhd, but i worked my ass off to get into a good college. i worked for it. i never asked anyone for help. stop complaining and start doing. you want jobs go take a job.
