It is 280LBS because of the two 2.5LBS pro clamps. I did these reps after working out heavy (over 500LBS) full chest workout for about 1 hour.

  • Man, no love! I was just attempting something for the first time. Now I am ten times more advance. If you look at the video close, you will see that it's not bouncing. I am, in fact, not locking out. And, prior, I did have a full "POWER LIFTING" chest work out. If you feel that you can show me a thing or two. Set a date. I am at Gold Gym in Harthorne, CA on Monday's and Friday's. I am always willing to learn a thing or two.

  • if you can do that much weight at that many reps after a chest workout you obviously didn't even work out that hard lol. when i do my chest workouts i usually end up having a hard time with low weight on machine presses.
