PPH CEO Michael Covert Talks about Construction Costs

These are comments made by PPH CEO Michael Covert at a meeting, apparently in February, 2008, where he starts talking about PPH using "Second Life" from Cisco at the new hospital. He then states that he is involved with "approximately a BILLION to a BILLION AND A HALF DOLLARS worth of construction." Whoa! The latest figures from PPH in July, 2007, showed that they had a budget of $983 million. When did Mr. Covert ever tell anyone involved with this project that the costs could currently be as high as 1½ BILLION?? Why do people at this Cisco meeting get to know the inside scoop and those of us who pay the taxes are left in the dark?
