  • Hey there! Have you thought about anxiety zero technique (Go to anxiety0.info)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my work buddy pretty much cured anxiety with it.

  • Hey there! Have you considered anxiety zero technique (I think its at anxiety0.info)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my sister pretty much cured panick attacks with it.

  • this sickness is a death sentence. i have the worst strain of it theres no hope........

  • I have social anxiety,ocd and Depression.

  • @Krangojolly I tell myself, "I'm not going to make this decision based on anxiety. I'm going to try this and maybe it won't be as bad as I think. I know my feelings about this are pretty irrational and don't make much sense. I tend to blow things out of proportion. Anxiety is uncomfortable, but it isn't dangerous - it's just caused by adrenaline in my body. The longer I stay and the more I do this, the easier it will be. I don't have to stay the entire time; even a short time is a victory.

  • Sometimes I love my SA cos I obey it over anything else, but sometimes I hate it cos it doesn't let me do anything I want. It's like a demanding baby.

  • What would you say to someone who said: "I would go, but I'm too anxious."?
