A weird glitch that makes Ganondorf wavedash in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Discovered by DDD14 and Raikou from NSider2. The reason I'm uploading it is because I got to do the hard part. (Thanks guys :P)

  • this makes ganon the fastest character in the game! TAKE THAT SONIC!!!

  • I don't think you showed it enough. Next time repeat it 100 times instead of just 50 so we can see what happened.

  • I'n not too sure that that's a glitch. Imagine if your fist, encased in purple fire, collided with a magical shield.

  • I think the reason is that the first few frames of pit's shield are like Mario's cape. And the small forward step with the reverse punch can be extended quite a bit.

  • nice team attack :)

You know you could tell me their gaming tags or something and I could look up vids of these people you're playing (or vids of you if you have a tag).

You do realize that the more you insult me like that, the scrubbier you look, right? Just tell me what I want to know or I'm done here. I'm not going to continue arguing with people if they turn out to be a scrub.

  • @XDbonsly dude ur twisting this around. I never said that they aren't official tourneys i just consider them to have a much smaller group to say 40-50 people each tourney but believe me these guys are pros. How do i know? Just try going to one of these matches. These guys can shut u up in an instant. Regardless of how many people i've beat consistently (bluff after bluff) these guys are a good match. I think the problem with you is you need too much proof. Okay then come to kcmo sometime.

  • @SlamTheLabel

So basically you lied the whole time about actually going against pros and all your tourney experience are locals.

So there's no reason why I should continue arguing with a liar that doesn't know half the shit about Melee they think they know.

  • @XDbonsly also when i was at both these tourneys the biggest skill everybody was using was dash cancel and mind games. They were official but they were local and that's to blame kansas city's offbrand competitive gaming or (for lack of better word) lame and undernumbered attempt at getting gamers together. Seriously i wish i lived in las vegas so i could go to a tourney every week. If i faced the pros i probably could actually win a couple of tourneys with a half year time. It sucks here in kc.

  • @XDbonsly sadly i don't have videos i know of but i went to a tourney at my college in early may this year for brawl and another melee/brawl tourney at nakakon. I would consider the college tourney more official as there was money involved and strict rules. The nakakon tourneys were varied as the brawl tourney was 4 player and the melee was 1 one 1. If i find a video i'll show you. I've been wanting to get a video cam and record an online match but i have a problem with my wifi and no vidcam.

  • @SlamTheLabel

If you didn't see people wavedashing then you weren't paying enough attention. I would say you can find a wavedash in every single Melee tourney vid on youtube that was from an 07 tourney and newer that's between two actually good players. Wavedashing is rather subtle, you know?

Also, again, tag? I'd like to see a video or something of you playing, or be able to look up whatever tournies you were in with a search.

  • @XDbonsly i've played at high level tourneys dude. The sudden death match was at a nakakon tourney which i don't consider serious at all anyway. It was a time match and i hadn't played melee in years. I still came in 5th and if sudden death was banned i probably could've won the tourney. How? Because i beat the dude who beat the tourney winner after the tourney. I've been to serious tourneys. I went to 3 brawl tourneys and 2 melee and i know what the pros do. I've never seen anybody use w'ding.
