  • @Onisaken WOAH don't conufse Anglo-Saxons with Vikings. The Anglisc tribes came from the area of Saxony, in Northern Germany, and raided the Roman province of Britannia. They eventually managed to conquer the British Isles, though those who remained in Saxony remained independent until Charles the Great of the Franks (aka Charlemagne) conquered them during some crusade. Then the Vikings invaded, and had a few wars with the Anglisc, very not nice
