I am a Strange Loop / Made of Stars

A tip o' the hat to Douglas Hofstadter, Moby, etc.

My first movie.

I have mixed several themes in here. First and foremost, we are indeed 'Strange Loops' - predictable yet inividual. The collage is meant to reflect this, through 3 chapters - youth (and play), puberty (but conformity) and maturity (and art). The use of Mobius loops is intentional - did you know the recycling symbol is one? Ultimately we are recycled ourselved, since energy cannot be created or destroyed and therefore 'we are all made of stars'. Yet, we are but of a strange loop larger than ourselves.

I hope you notice: the poor kid in the middle of the fountain and the visual recall of the dancers legs (to the caterpillars legs.)

Did watching it make you sort of uncomfortable? That was the intention... Enjoy.
