  • um, nah, they work different muscles but ideally u lift approx the same with both. i was workin on gettin my squats up so i worked on sumo to expedite ham growth, sumo's largely ham and some back, regulars lotta back and some ham

  • yo is that alot easier than regular deadlifts?
