Its pretty disturbing, please remember that during the past few years there had been numerous cases of children being kidnapped and sexually abused. And remember the case where the girl was stuffed inside that bag with cucumbers inside her! I guess this short film shows that. That in every person that had done the crime there is something that might had triggered him to do so. As for the city scene I my guess it shows that despite how terrible the crime is, rampant but no one knows...
