Turbo Busa High speed

Highway run then motor meltdown. Stock motor, 9 psi, 260hp. Burned all 4 pistons.

Nice bike indeed. But the others are right. It's not on driving through traffic at that speed. You might be good, but far too many other drivers aren't. Tell that to the kid you killed after some car driver cut you up cos he couldn't judge your speed!

Thanks for the concern, but when going thru traffic that fast the only close calls are ones from drivers that see you coming and intentionally turn in front of you. I have a group of over 30+ riders we go out with that ride just like that. Never had anyone get a scrap from it. Had 2 die from someone pulling out in front of them and T-boned them. He was doing 30 mph at the time on the bike, I know because I watched it happen. I fell once myself, oil on the ground, pulling in a parking lot.

You may have noticed already, but your oil pressure light flickered going around the entrance ramp the first time. IMO you might stop before you run like that again if you see that light. For whatever reason it flashed, I'm sure it could be traced to your engines demise! Great Video!

Thanks, but I put an aftermarket gauge/light oil sending unit on. That light flickers at 14psi and below, the stock one comes on at 3psi, that's why they only have dummy lights on there, if people saw what their psi was at idle when hot, they would be upset. OBTW. That motor was put together the night before, for the 3rd time. Turbo motors don't like being beat that hard, for so long. Pulled the turbo off, put back to stock with used pistons, ran it for 1500 more hard miles, no problems.

You'd aim for him, he'd brake (most sportbikes can outbrake cars on dry pavement at LEAST 2:1) , you'd kill a minivan full of kids with your car/SUV. Go on, be a hero.
