One of the most important films ever made.
every Human on this planet would benefit by watching
this movie.. Please Share..

"Narrated by Academy Award Nominee Joaquin Phoenix and featuring music by the critically acclaimed platinum artist Moby, EARTHLINGS is a documentary film about humankind's complete economic dependence on animals raised for pets, food, clothing, entertainment and scientific research. Using hidden cameras and never-before-seen footage, EARTHLINGS chronicles the day-to-day practices of the largest industries in the world, all of which rely entirely on animals for profit. Powerful, informative, controversial and thought-provoking, EARTHLINGS is by far the most comprehensive documentary ever produced on the correlation between nature, animals and human economic interests."

  • I was just watching earthlings and i broke into tears. I have never been emotional from watching anything ever before. The part when they threw that poor dog into the garbage truck was the most aweful thing i have ever seen in my life. I still am choked up. It makes you aware of how disgusting humane beings are. We as a species need to make some serious change. This video makes me want to be a better person.

  • Just watch few minutes of all this movie cause i can't watch all those bad things or i'm going to become mad, human race is the worst ever. More people we are & more animals will cry especially since each new generation of people is more and more stupid because of stupid TV programs etc, people just care about themselves & new things to buy. So stupid society, Hope that hell exist & that all those people will burn forever. Maybe we'll also be punished because we are all aware of that...

  • @michaeltudisc The dog in the garbage truck what also my most disturbing moment on film. That absolute lack of concern to crush to death an animal whom appeared to be at the moment accepting humans as helping him or her.

  • Powerful stuff.I've been vegetarian for over 24 years and recently decided to go vegan. The big problem now for me will be how to get decent quality and designed faux leather shoes, belts, jackets etc....

  • i was a vegetarian before i watched this. this movie made me burst into tears after the first ten minutes, i hadnt stopped crying until way after it was done. people need to be aware of this. it needs to be shown in schools or something.

  • @michaeltudisco Lets get this straight. You thought seeing that dog get thrown was the most awful thing? What about seeing how your meat products are formed. Didnt that tug at your heart strings? Once again, house hold pets get more justice then other the other animals. You should watch Food Inc. Yeah, teaches you about your daily milk intake, and what the cow goes thru. And the sad life of Chickens and the eggs. Perhaps then you will get full meaning of "disgusting humans."

  • Can we start identifying the people shown in this, just for the sake of removing them of their anonymity?

  • Wow.. this movie has literally changed my life. Everybody needs to watch this movie, it will make people realize the terrible mass exploitations of animals and build empathy. Its sickening how much we take from animals and how little respect we show them.
