  • There is a slight difference with the coating.

    I also find that when using sticks,the feel of the head has more give to it.

  • Good question. They seem to have a different coating. I will compare heads tomorrow and get back to you ASAP.

  • is there much difference between those stock heads and Ambassadors? are their film composites different? or are they just Ambassadors with Ludwig logos on them?

  • We took it right out of the box, factory tuned and it sounds great.

  • yeah I've test driven one at Long and McQuade in Toronto, ON. it's amazing how good they sound with the factory heads on em.
