the challenger was a beast back in the days...but now it looks like it has been tamed...almost too tame, enough to where i can't see the monster in it anymore
haha, I bet you do, BTW: 2009 Dodge challenger = 6.1 L V8 425 hp, and 2009 Chevy camaro = 6.16 L V8 422 hp, overall, challenger is heavier than camaro so the camaro has more power to weight ratio which makes it faster, also better aerodynamics
You're right. I should have been more specific. You're numbers are correct, for the six speed. I meant the automatic which runs 13.1. It will beat the SRT in a drag race. It has the new 5.7 highest compression Hemi with VVT and is much lighter. The SRT will still win a highway race always.
@smartfortwodiesel how, i still dont get what ur saying this is my bros profile, the rt has 376, which weighs 4154 right? the srt8 has 425 hp and weighs 4146 manual and 4137 auto right? so how does it beat it at all, other than a better price tag the SRT8 is better for performance
Where are you getting that the R/T is lighter? They weigh the same...and the SRT makes more power. More power, but the same weight, means it's faster. Every time.
