Actually, in Japan, Ohranger is just another Sentai. It's considered as one of the worst amongst American fans, because they think Japan didn't like it. Some silly rumor got out of hand.

don't really care buot the rumors i enjoyed watching Ohranger and power rangers zeo was an awesome adaption for it. Ohranger theme always gets me pumped. OHRE! OHRE! OHRE! Ohranger~! lol i'm a dork. i know.

@FantasyLeader Yeah. The thing that caused it was that Ohranger came out at a time when its whole military theme wasn't the best idea due to some event over in Japan (don't remember exactly what it was). If it weren't for that, that whole rumor never would have started.

IMO, both zeo rangers and ohranger's opening where awersome. also, i think this costume that they've used in this season the coolest. OHRE, OHRE, OHRE, OHRANGER!!! =)

I've heard that among all of the Super Sentai shows that were released in Jaspan, this one was not as well received as the others.

I don't know if that's true or not but if it is then it's a shame because this opening looks really good.

Look at the high and mighty Red being the only one to deserve a solo shot in the credits. I really need to watch this show, if only to convince myself it's not the Redfest it seems.

But Japan wasn't big on Oh either. I think this whole "Ohranger almost killed sentai" (same with the whole Carranger saved it) has been really exaggerated, but it's not entirely false.
