I'm way more interested in the story of how and why it ended up getting put away like that.

It didn't even have the dealer prep work done to it, as the front air dam is still in its packaging and the plastic wrap is everywhere, and it wasn't a rare or special enough model at the time for anyone (sane) to want to preserve like that either. And what happened to the original wheels?

Still, its a great find and a piece of history.

I know it's a pain but if you read through the comments I have posted many times the full story, links to pictures and video of this car cleaned up and running and when it was last sold.

Oh yeah and I see a lot of haters on here. Seriously tho. Its a brand new third gen camaro. I did damn near a complete restore on mine and still don't look this clean. Very true too the person whom stated its a 5.0 and not a 350 . No iroc z camaro everrrr came with a 5.7 all irocz. Came with a high output 305 5.0cid yet inside its got roller lifters and yes a four barrel was used before the fuel injection. Awesummmmmmmme find dude. Repost a vid when cleaned up.

WOW hard to believe it sat in that trailor for over 20 years! But what better way to store one that in an old trailor far up off the ground and out of the weather.

Our brother had a '85 Camaro Z28. I can tell you first hand that these cars wasn't anything special. The cars themselves were your typical cheaply made GM car, and the 305 was gutless. But, My brothers Camaro had T-tops, looked good, and a 5 speed manual which made it fun to drive. This car in the video isn't worth much, I'd just pull the stickers off the window and start driving it.

@thedriver97 yes but it sat all them years so all the seals in the motor must be replaced this isnt a car u can just throw a battery in and drive off it still needs work

27K is really cheap for brand new IROC-Z... being that it was a popular dream car in the 1980's, and most of the guys who have some nostalgia for them are in their mid-40's now.

i guess some ppl on here just cant stand to admit that we find 20+ year old american cars worth more than there imports are worth new. i know its hard to swallow for you imports but atleast try to maby you will choke on it and see the american dream before you pass out... by the way great find love the video.

ok all non believers and american car haters here ya go. stop the video at 4:32 it says 5.0 litre 4BBL carb GM engine.you can also see it at 4:38. now stop it at 4:41 it says IROC-Z performance package on the left side of the screen.now stop it at 4:44 it says 1985 camaro 5.0 litre V8 4BBL carb man 5 speed trans. to see this you must let the video play then pause it at the times i posted or you wont be able to see it. for all jealous haters it is an iroc its not TBI and its not a 5.7 litre(350).
