Get the kick starter to the point of max compression TDC, time the release of decompressor to get you past the resistance for a fraction of second then release while following through on kick. Tickle the carb first until it is evident on your finger as this will ensure the idle passage has it's prime on inlet side of slide. Boyer was installed on this bike as well as clutch service adjustments and wiring clean-up. As nice or nicer than my sold MX but on the road and in use in the Rocky mountains now or at least the foothills.

  • Very nice. Can't wait to race on one this season

  • @canammx1

Just remember, if it does not break once and a while your not revving it hard enough LOL! Thanks,

  • hmmm, have you removed or changed the capacitor?

  • @mysterryable

Still using 2MC cap on this and on my 441 which runs without a battery very well and even powers my 55w halogen. Not something every "rider" BSA does.

  • nice bike!but i dont think you have to pump the carb to induce wear . push and holds it down to open up the valve should do the trick. unless you want to keep the gas leaks as little as possible then i understand. notice you are from vancouver from one of your video. is there like a vintage/ cafe club that you hang out and cruise? i have a 72 bonnie and she is having hard time cruising with my buddie's 600-1000 sport bikes. and been trying to find riding buddies with similar bikes.

  • @djfung

Do you poke a girl yo make her laugh or do you tickle her? It's called a tickler not a pusher. LOL! habits die hard.
