While there eyewitnesses to it, a number of Amin's former ministers have stated that he more than once boasted to them that he had eaten human flesh. He also insisted on being alone with the bodies of some of his presumed victims several times, and it was generally believed in Uganda that he performed tribalistic blood rituals over the bodies.

There's no valid evidence that Idi Amin was a cannibal. This is grotesque propaganda. I'm sure Joseph Goebells is smiling in his grave!
