Hi! Have you considered - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my work buddy got great 6 pack abs and lost tons of belly fat with it.

I'm new to juicing. I'm on day 3 of my 10 day Juice Fast. Do you have any advice for me when I start my 60 day next month? Did you ever slip up and eat during your fast?

@dsk100000 While breville adds the larger chute and fast juice time, it doesn't do veggies well and also removes nutrients from the juice because of it's high RPM's.

Hey Ticket for Health, Great Video Man! The Beach in the background was an awesome touch! Makes me long for Redondo Beach, I use to live behind BodyGlove on the 2nd floor with a nice view. Anyways, how is your juicing going? Are you still sticking with it? If you have any tips for me, please let me know. The Omega would be a much better juicer as it is masticating not a centrifugal juicer.

That Juicer sucks, you need a Breville with the wide feed tube. Will make you life soooo much easier. I have the Ikon and love it.

Do you ever check out John Kohler's videos (he's OKRaw)? He says that you have to really go slowly with the Vert juicer and put smaller pieces in. I don't know if that could be why you're getting the leaking???? Anyhoo...keep up the good work. You are looking dramatically better.

@Smileeen I will try that next time, it does an amazing job on Pineapple and citrus, the celery is near impossible ..greens are ok
