The Frog in Green croaks out a Spanish rendition of the Johnny Cash classic GIVE MY LOVE TO ROSE with the help of Smokey Gunn .357 and his Banda Hawaiana. Here are the words in Spanish:

Estaba regresando a Nogales
para ver a mí Rosita y mis hijos.

Coro:
Dale mi cariño a Rosita.
Dale mí dinero para comprar ropa bonita
Diles que me hacen sentir orgulloso.
Y dale mí cariño a Rosita.

  • @promagnum Thanks! Glad you liked it. I need to put up some more videos.

  • @SmokeyGunn357 This is cool.

  • o i see ,

i think u should do it,

if u do, send it to me, i think it would be funny.!

i live in a hispanic neighborhood, took 2 years in high school,u would think i would know spanish, but i only know a few words, possibly a few phrases.

  • I was a Spanish major in college and part of my linguistic exercise has always been translating songs into Spanish. I also USED to do voice impersonations-- The Man of a Thousand Voices None of Which is His. I am a song writer as well. Soooo....I like doing my songs and putting cute video clips or edited cartoons in the back ground. Do you speak Spanish?

I am thinking of doing Johnny Cash' s I GOT STRIPES with one verse in Spanish and the rest in English. Hope you like them:) I like humor too!

  • lol, what on earth would make u think of this?

  • Your spanish is good - I was just messing with you. I used to be fluent, but I'm hardly speaking it anymore.

    Shalom
