Great tutorial....it is funny how a meathead like me can squat with a few hindred pounds on my back but I can not do a single leg squat with no weight. I am determined to do this....Thanks. I will definitely share these videos
Thank you for this tutorial. I have been trying off and on for a while now to perform a pistol. I've tried other coaches methods with little improvement. Your three videos took me from not being able to perform 1 rep to doing 2 reps on each leg with a 20lb. DB in 10 minutes! Thank you again.
