  • @tomservo56954 I love your wit.

  • @tomservo56954 Thanks for the info. I didn't know this.

  • The "Vassar" quote is a cleaned-up for prime time amalgamation of two famous Dorothy Parker epigrams..."You can lead a horticulture, but you can't make her think" and "If all the Vassar girls were laid end to end in the Yale Bowl, I wouldn't be surprised"

In fact, it's possible Parker watched this show--she lived until 1967.

  • Those are amazing special effects for the time in the Muriel ad

  • @jklein9823 Isn't that one of Aunt Bea's friends in need of a laxative?

  • @hippiegirl58 I wonder if Vince knew ABC was going to cancel BEN CASEY at this time (it aired its last episode the following month).

  • The Hollywood Palace is true old time TV and none of the crap of today like Glee & Jersey Shore. I wish i was in that era back then and enjoy it very much.

  • I love when Bette says to Vince, " It is just my luck not to be sick today."

  • Thanks so much for sharing. I love Vince Edwards. Great actor and easy on the eyes.

  • I've been a big fan of Vince Edwards since I was a little girl growing up in the 1980's watching BEN CASEY reruns with my mom . How I wish he was still with us. I LOVE him and miss him .
