The Univer 50 cutting machines have been designed mainly for cutting aluminium and PVC profiles. Particular care has been taken over the safety measures, both mechanical and electrical, for both models. During the upward movement of the saw blade, the operator is protected both by the upper guard and the profile itself. By turning the rotating table manually, the cutting angle can be set to between 0 and 67.5 degrees, both right and left. There are seven fixed stops (67.5 - 60 - 45 - 0 - 45 - 60 - 67.5) for making cuts without having to set the angle, and the remaining positions can be set using a graduated rule as reference. 500mm saw blade can be mounted on the Univer 50.

whats the best way to quickly cut multiple alum extrusions at the same time? I have several hundred cuts to make and cant be spending that amount of time on each piece? any help?
