Bijan tricks his victim into letting Bijan have access to his victims own homes equity and Bijan takes it. All this while he sets up IndyMac bank for a fall in the amount of $28 million with the help of Sonoma Valley Bank.
This parody just looks like what has actually happened and is coincidental to the truth .The characters places and events referenced bear no resemblance to actual people, places or things but are intended as satire for entertainment purposes only. I don't get this story. The guy owed your business money, but instead of paying you, talked you into getting a home equity refi and then took the proceeds for his own use?

The crimes committed have been protected by people much higher up the food chain.
They don't want to embarrassment of this exposing their complicity.
