  • does it matter if you spread your knees a little or do you have to keep them straight?

cuz i find bending the knees outward a little makes it easier for me.

  • You can, just dont over do it.

    damn... :/

  • @ushdr Sorry to be a buzzkill, but bending your knees outward can significantly damage them over time and will shorten your parkour life. Your knees are hinge joints; they are designed to bend forward and back. Repetitive torquing to the side stresses the ligaments, and will eventually lead to pain and tearing. I know it's annoying, but if you want to keep doing parkour for years to come, discipline yourself to keep your legs strait under. It's an investment in your body - you only get one.

  • 15 peoples have break some bone doing this...

  • Haa I monkey vaulted over a lunch table at my school. It was nothing but I clipped my foot on the seats on the other side. Landed in my right knee. Can't stand on it. As soon as I can I'm Gonna hit da parks and practice landing better. Damn u lunch table

  • Should Knees bent over 90 degrees,in ANY landing(With or without roll)?

  • hops much?
