I broke my neck 7/2006 and spent 3 months getting off life support and out of the hospital. I've spent many years scaling peaks and summits in the North Cascades where I live.
On this day, 7 months into this new reality that is a spinal cord injury, we made it down to Zion and met up with friends and family. This video captures what can happen with some imagination, support and execution.
To fellow chair users watching this, this could too be you. It's strenuous but feasible with a 3-4 people and the experience/view at the top is well worth the sweat.
pm me any questions or ideas on getting back deep into nature in a chair.

You got the best friends in explored space, man. Angel's Landing is one of the toughest day hikes in Zion.
God bless you and your friends.
