Why are we watching some guys before The Itals come onstage? Yeah, everybody has played with the 'big names' but this was not even there main band.

This was the band that was backing Keith and Kada Ital on a 1 week east tour in 2008. This clip was just the intro to the set. The musicans are all world class musicans and all have worked with the Itals for years not only on the east coast but all over the country as well. Ras Mel - Guits / was guitarist for Culture at the time, Drummie Zeb - Drummer for the Wailers for the past 8 yrs and now the drummer for Kenny Chesney .

Peanut on keys - was keyboardist for Culture at the time currently plays with Stable Roots and Corey Harris. Ralptafari bassist for Mikey Dread at the time also plays with Crucial Fyah. All world class musicians. I was not trying to mislead anyone with this clip. As the title of clip clearly stats ( INTRO ).

In all fairness to the musicians they are some of the top in the reggae business , the drummer is the drummer for the Wailers, the guitar player plays for the Wailers also, the keyboardist plays for Culture and the bassist has played for Mikey Dread and many other greats, now with all that being said you might want to say that the sound is not great, but the muscians are !!!!!!!

Yeah sound is not that great it was taken with a small digi cam but it gives you and idea of what they sound like. And yes the musicians are great world reknown......

The Vital Band (Savanna La Mar, Jamaica) is The Itals backing band put together by the lead singers nephew Ken Porter (from Sav) on drums. It featured the original music director Chellem -Louis

Roxburgh (also from Sav) various guitar players and from 2002-2008 Kalani on keyboards. This band was 'thrown together' and does not capture the Savannah La Mar sound. Period.
