Johnny B produced this video because he has constant problems with irresponsible dog owners letting their dogs bark day and night. We've had to listen to these dogs for up to 9 hours a day sometimes.
When all is eventually quiet its time to play this video back to them on high volume for an hour or so on auto replay. Put some ear plugs in until you're done. Always try your local police and councils to solve the issue first. When all else fails try my video to embarrass your neighbours into solving the dog barking problems. Always wait till their home first naturally. Coffs Harbour, NSW Australia has the poorest dog regulations. You can own as many dogs as you like they do little to stop the barking. People have to put up with the barking for years. What would the tourists visiting this town be thinking you'd have to say?

The Coffs Harbour ranger receives over 5,000 complaints a year, which is a testimony that the local laws need changing. So many complaints from such a small population is astounding dont you think?

@010car010 - earlier this year I set off my car alarm a few times early in the morning when my neighbor's dog barking woke me up, and when i finally called the cops on them they told the cops about me setting off my car alarm. The cops told me what the neighbors said but they didn't reprimand me. They heard the dog barking...but then they didn't issue a citation to my neighbors either.

@010car010 I sit on my on my porch with an air horn and each time they bark I hit the air horn. I also for a week sounded my air horn @ 4:30 am in the pattern of a dog barking. IT WORKS! LOL! People got the hint.

People who let their dogs bark is so inconsiderate.

if you have a barking dog let it listen to this until it becomes bored with the barking its helping my dog to not bark around other dogs ! it works!

One time it was 2AM and I thought I heard something outside, so I'm looking out the window and one of my neighbor's dogs was "relieving itself" outside. Unfortunately, the blinds hit the window that I was looking through and somehow the dog heard this (even though I could barely hear it myself) from over 500 feet away (at LEAST!) and it started barking non-stop at me for about 10 minutes before it finally stopped. Dogs have a shorter fuse than a barrel of nitroglycerin.

I 2 know how u feel. My 3 neighbours let heir dogs bark all the time and they don't seem to hear it but I do. It drives me mad. I'd love to do something to them like blast out my stereo, but I'm sure they'd call the cops on me if I did.
