Who votes means nothing. Who counts the votes means everything Stalin.

Perhaps. However, on the other hand, it's a state election to a Federal post, and each state is Constitutionally guaranteed two Senators.
But yeah, I understand what you mean.

Could it be that I don't give a shit about Minnesota and that nobody else is outraged enough to follow a random YouTube comment poster into the streets?
The point I was making is that the situation is similar. People voted. Somebody won. Then the courts ended up decided who got to be leader.

NOW..lol..i think he already signed it, right?

HA HA repuggies!

"Our courts = Iranian clerics, Minnesota's election is no more democratic than the Iranian election." If you think that then why are you not out on the streets dieing to have your voice heard in Minnesota? Could it be that they are not the same and you're making a stupid point on youtube?

They ruled. Franken won. Sign it now.

So what he is saying is "The people of this state have no say in the matter. Whoever the few people in the state/federal court choose for the state is all that matters." to which I say that Minnesota's election is no more democratic than the Iranian election.
Our courts = Iranian clerics. The voice of the people is being silenced by the choices of the higher ups.

the whole issue is so stupid.
the entire country knows al franken won the election (how many re-counts do we need), yet the minnesota state government continues to try and block him from taking his seat in senate.
we are going on 7 months now . . . how long does it take to count ballots??
pay me hundreds of thousands of dollars and i would have it done within a week; 100% accurate . . . whats the holdup?

obviously Pawlenty is a right wing "yes man"
when the whole minnesota senate ordeal is done, i cant wait to see al franken go head-to-head against michelle bachman in national issues. that will be priceless
because he was elected Senator of MN.
Confusing, I know.

You do know that Pawlenty is a Republican, right? If Coleman was ruled the winner by the panel of judges reviewing the recount, Pawlenty might have signed the certificate then, even if Franken appealed.
