I render out of Adobe Premiere Uncompressed (which will be a very large file) I then use Windows Media encoder to upconvert the file to 720p HD. Then upload to youtube. This process Seems to work well for me.

Beautiful video, I really like the timelapses, and the cats!
But I do have one question, I have a panasonic nv gs-330, and I can't seem adobe premiere/after effects rendersettings right for high quality video on youtube. What settings did you use?
