@apnisse lots of sounds are sold to games and moves and arent necessarily copyrighted. if you listen in movies many lions/monsters/animals make similar growls and gates and doors make similar squeaks and opening noises

I knew that Strider was indeed one of the good guys, as it is hard to imagine King Elfstone as a base rapscallion; as for the movie itself: It stirs some suspicion against friendly old hosts, as one will start to assume that they are devils incarnate and the head of the local organized crime section; but the movie appears pretty realistic and sober, besides the initiation scene is a bit overdone; plus the story with the child and the nurse is a bit too romantic and melodramatic.
