  • @ThePokemonJD It really depends on how you're paining them. Fluff-wise, Dark elf horses are black; There's two methods I've found that work well for black horses- Undercoat with chaos black and drybrush with Adeptus Battlegrey, or undercoat with Adeptus Battle grey and give several washes of Badab Black

  • What paints do you normally use?

  • I use the citadel paints. I used to use hombrol oil paints, but the citadel paints are much easier to work with

  • drybrushing is a fantastic way to paint fast and hassle free and it looks great! (wont get you any top paintjob awards but its good. (a great way to make a "pop" to the drybrushing method is to add a shade wash
