die motorstaubremse ist auch nicht endlos anwendbar, da dadurch auch hitze entsteht durch die verdichtung...am besten ist immernoch eine kombination von beiden
die meisten "jakes" von den europäern sind viel zu schwach für das auf und ab zb. im waldviertel in niederösterreich
da kriechst du ohne retarder nurmehr runter und hast keinen schwung für den nächsten "hügel" oder musst permanent mitbremsen. total nervig

Im from Europe, Switzerland and we have a Peterbilt 362 with a Detroit Diesel Series 60 and the best permanent Brake you can have==> The Jake Brake
By the way: The Jakes sound is just unbelivable...
